What are my delivery options?

Our delivery options vary however we do offer free delivery on all orders over £100 - please see our Delivery page for more details regarding our delivery policy.

What if my orders arrived damaged?
In the rare case that your items are damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery and send it back if the item is visibly damaged from the outer packaging. If the damage is only noticeable once opened, please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We also ask that you provide photographic evidence as this will help us with your claim.

Please note it is super important to report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Why is part of my order missing?

At times we do not send out a complete order since different items purchased may arrive at our warehouses at different times. If you do not receive part of your order within the estimate delivery time, please contact our support team.

Will all of my items be delivered together?

If you have ordered a mixture of small and large items, they will be dispatched separately and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with further information regarding your delivery for each shipment.

We store our stock strategically in various warehouses across the country, therefore if you have placed a multi-item order then there is a possibility some items may be delivered separately.

How can I track my order?

We'll send you a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

You can also access your tracking information by logging in to your account on our website.

If you experience any problems at all, please contact our Support Team right away and we will do our very best to assist you.

Can I change my delivery address?

We can attempt to change your delivery address however please note that this may not always be possible due to the speed at which some orders are processed.

Please contact our Support Team with your order details as soon as possible to get your order updated.

If your order is in transit, you can update your delivery address with the courier directly. Please note, this may impact your delivery date.

How can I check if an item will fit my property?

Before placing your order for an item, we recommend that you measure the intended space along with all access points within your property to ensure that we're able to successfully deliver your item.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a limited window where we may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, so please contact our support team straight away and we will do our best to assist you.

How can I return my order?

We accept returns within 28 days of receiving your order. If returned within the first 14 days, you qualify for a complete refund. For returns made between days 15 and 28, you are eligible for store credit equivalent to the total value of the returned item(s).
